Bridging LIVES/ Advisory Collaboration
Advisory 2017-2018 School Year
Bridgewater Raynham Regional High School collaborated with Bridging LIVES to develop a comprehensive strategic plan to incorporate the topics of connectedness and substance use prevention into the school’s advisory period. Below you will find an overview of lessons and activities that were delivered to students through throughout the entire 2017-2018 school year. Overall, Bridging LIVES and the Brockton Area Prevention Collaborative facilitated eight advisory periods including four 1 ½ hour blocks and four 20 minute blocks. Other activities were either done self-paced by students or led by student leaders with support from faculty at the high school. This collaboration wouldn’t have been possible without the support and commitment from Bridging LIVES coalition members, school administration and faculty, as well as our partner agencies!
